Ken was great to work with. He was honest and friendly about everything from the beginning of the process til the end. His communication all along the way was very comforting as we knew what was going to happen. Ken took pics and videos before and during the job and explained everything that was happening. I got an estimate last year. Sometime in February this year I asked if the proposal is still good. After a couple of emails exchange I received a revised one to sign but when I asked questions and some clarification, he (Ken?) never answered. He also did not show up for the first estimate appointment last year. The only reason I considered the proposal was for a little $ lower estimate than others. Seems to me that he is not a reliable roofer but I read all good reviews and I wonder why my experience is different.

I was connected directly to the owner (Ken) when I initially requested a quote for replacing my roof. He came out that very day and walked me through the whole process, leaving his quote with me before he left in case I had questions. He was not pushy at all and I felt he was very genuine. I signed the contract the following day and his team was able to complete my project within the week following. They were prompt, professional and left my house looking like new. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for any and all roof work!!

I don't know where to begin.Since there are so many outstanding attributes of this very fine roofing company. First I thought it was awesome that the owner actually took the time to meet with me and go over all the details of what he would do to replace my roof. Ken answered all my questions and showed me that he uses nothing but top quality equipment and supplies. He really knows what he's talking about. His crew showed up right on time and was extremely efficient and professional. Ken has the highest level of integrity. He tells you what the cost is up front.He didn't deviate from that at all..He also includes contingencies that may come up, so you're not given sticker shock. The price was extremely competitive. They were done in less than a day.The roof looks amazing and the cleanup was pristine. Absolutely, my strongest recommendation for him to be your roofer. He's the best, no doubt about it.You won't be disappointed.

There are not enough good things to say. Think of a category; pricing, workmanship, quality, value, honesty, responsiveness, care, ALL 10 out of 10s!! You can shop around, but in my opinion, there is no need. Ken is your guy any day, everyday. We were the last people on our street to replace our roof, so over the years we've had dozens of knocks at our door. No one presented the kind of expertise and honesty that Ken did. His honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, and no pressure philosophy sealed the deal. Ken and his crew are outstanding! The roof looks amazing, the work was done in one day, and everything was cleaned and returned to it's original state as thought they had never been there. I have peace of mind knowing that the work was done right.
