Roof.net did an incredible job on my roof. The team led by Romeo was exceptional: fast, efficient, with the utmost quality. The owner Ken was outstanding from beginning the job with an estimate in less than 30 minutes (which was the lowest estimate compared to other roofers), throughout the project, and to the end. I cannot say enough about the experience; they are faster, better, and cheaper than any other company.

We were unable to have Roof.net work on our project, but not because he couldn't but because our project required siding and repair of extensive damage to windows etc. Roof.net wanted to save us from having 50 different contractors at our project and decided to find a contractor that can do it all with our type of damage, saving us money by bundling all problems. Ken went above and beyond to find the right person for the job. He immediately contacted help for us right there and then. There was zero waiting and 100% attentiveness even though we didn't end up being his client! Ken is totally about caring for people. Ken took time out of his busy day and answered our many questions and gave detailed explanations so that we could understand clearly about roofing issues and beyond. Called for an estimate, Ken got a satellite estimate in a short time that day, came by the next to look at the gutter that blew off. Had a new roof in less than 4 days and I am confident that it is well done with pictures from Ken of the progress and completion. My neighbor also had their roof done a few years ago by Ken and his good team. My other neighbor had a storm chasing company do theirs for their deductible of $1,000, then a year later had to have repairs -the cost of a new roof dealing with a leak from the roof in the bedroom. NOT JUST THE ROOF I WANTED, A ROOF BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE DREAMED POSSIBLE!

We were just finishing a 4 month home renovation on our new (old) house when a tree limb was dropped on the roof. I was hoping to wait a year or so to replace the roof but I knew it was time.

I’m incredibly happy with not only the excellent work Roof.net accomplished but the integrity of Ken and his crew. They really set themselves apart from the competition in the following ways:

TIMING: Ken showed up a few minutes before our scheduled time and was able to give me a quote right on the spot in the form of a range. The price to replace just what he could see (the shingles) and what he could not see until the shingles were removed (roof decking).
The contract was sent the same day that I agreed to work with him and we agreed on an install date later that week. Materials showed up the day before and his entire crew was waiting outside my house ready to work 15 minutes early. They knocked on my door right on time and got to work finishing the same day.

PRICE – The price was very decent and in-line with my research. My house was built in the 50s and there was no record of the roof being replaced (ever). Once the shingles came off it was apparent that it probably was the original roof. The decking was warped and in really bad shape. Despite needing to replace the entire roof, Ken stuck to his price despite my offer to pay more. I was expecting a crew of 3 or 4 but 7 showed up. Doing the math and knowing the cost of materials, at the end of the day I really got a great deal!

INTEGRITY – I have to admit, getting a new roof is typically not something to get excited about – it’s an expensive necessity,.. until you meet Ken. He has high standards and a real passion for what he does and treats each roof like his own. My roof did not have air ventilation. He gave me ideas for the future (ideal) and was able to find an affordable solar option now. He also painted my chimneys for free because he wanted the roof to look nice. I really didn’t think I would be excited about a new roof but now I’m showing it off to my friends. My house really does look nicer now. Once the job was done Ken said we can call any time with questions, concerns or follow up regarding the roof. I had questions about gutter guards and he answered that and then some. This is a nice gesture considering most companies these days will disappear once paid.

EXCELLENT CREW: The team that showed up to work on my roof did an excellent job not only on the roof but they went above and beyond with clean-up. I did not find a single nail or shingle left behind. They cleaned up so well it looked like I had hired a yard crew.
The best surprise was that we had just put a new roof on our shed ourselves and had just finished the night before and did not have the time to weatherproof the edges of the roof before the shingles were put on. I went to finish the job today and discovered they had done it for me. These little details mean a lot and I would give the entire hard-working team 5+ stars as well as the company.
