After multiple contractors made several unsuccessful attempts to stop our roof and chimney leak, we called Ken, the owner of Roof.net. His online reputation is outstanding and I now understand why. Even though they now only do complete roof replacements because of the high demand, Ken agreed to help us since we live only about a mile from his home. His price was so reasonable we couldn’t pass it up, and he guaranteed the leak would be stopped. Ken and his two roofers spent about five hours at our home. They first removed the shingles and flashing around the chimney and confirmed everything had been installed correctly. They then discovered a thin layer of concrete on the chimney crown that was hiding numerous deep cracks, which turned out to be the true source of the leak. They removed all of the old concrete, rebuilt the entire chimney crown, and sent us before and after photos showing exactly what they found and how they fixed it. Throughout the repair, Ken kept us informed by sending photos while the work was in progress and additional photos after everything was completed, so we always knew exactly what was being done. We’ve had several severe storms since the repair, and I’m so happy to say we no longer have the leak. He gets my highest recommendation for anyone who needs a roof replacement.

Ken and his crew were fantastic. Price was fair, quality is excellent. Did the whole job in a day plus a couple of hours - yard is clean and the roof looks great. Ken was responsive when looking for bids (Ken's was most complete and detailed proposal we got), and Ken was on-site for the job. Bonus: homeowner's insurance dropped by 20% with the new roof.

Ken and his team are top notch. Ken(owner)will come out and provide an estimate. He was timely and professional. He provided me best and worse case scenarios for my roof and the range in cost it could be. This was important because sometimes the condition of the roof is only evident when they begin stripping away the shingles. When everything is agreed upon he is in constant contact with you providing updates as they procure supplies and put you on the schedule. On the day of the roof installation, he provided me updates and before/during/after pictures of the progress and completion. In my case, his crew inspected and determined the need to replace some plywood due to rot or its condition. This was expected and while it slightly increased the cost, there was no surprises because these things were factored into the replacement. In the end, the cost was less than the worse case scenario and much better than other quotes I had received for the same level of work. As evidence of his dedication to customer satisfaction, he had agreed to remove an old furnace pipe during the roof installation. His team actually completed the installation and it was noticed when he sent the completion photos. This part of the job wasn’t specified in the contract which is why the crew didn’t remove it. However, he did remember acknowledging that he’d have the guys take it apart when they were up there. His crew came 2 days later, removed the old pipe, and redid the work around the pipe. I really appreciate Ken and his crews professionalism. He is an honest businessman who is fair, competent, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ken and his guys for your roof replacement. Last thing, his crew cleaned up so well that you’d never know they were even there.

Ken was very patient and thorough in answering my questions to define the requirements and statement of work. I felt the quote was very reasonable. On the scheduled day there was rain and Ken was able to reschedule the next day. The team did an excellent job with lots of documentation of what was done. There cleanup was meticulous. He was very helpful in working with the banks to resolve the discrepancy and returning the money. Some could walk away and keep the money. Not Ken. A man of integrity.
