I was connected directly to the owner (Ken) when I initially requested a quote for replacing my roof.     I don't know where to begin.Since there are so many outstanding attributes of this very fine roofing company. First I thought it was awesome that the owner actually took the time to meet with me and go over all the details of what he would do to replace my roof. Ken answered all my questions and showed me that he uses nothing but top quality equipment and supplies. He really knows what he's talking about. His crew showed up right on time and was extremely efficient and professional. Ken has the highest level of integrity. He tells you what the cost is up front.He didn't deviate from that at all..He also includes contingencies that may come up, so you're not given sticker shock. The price was extremely competitive. They were done in less than a day.The roof looks amazing and the cleanup was pristine. Absolutely, my strongest recommendation for him to be your roofer.     A few weeks after Roof.net replaced my roof, I wanted to reflect on my experience, especially given the recent strong windy weather we've had here in Northern Virginia. I noticed a siding panel had come loose from my house, right under the gable. I suspect that the vibrations from the gable exhaust fan over the past 20 years might have played a role in this issue.

    I reached out to Mr. Briesemeister, the owner of Roof.net, to ask if he could recommend a reliable handyman to fix the siding. He kindly requested some photos to get a clearer picture of the situation, which I promptly sent over.

    Mr. Briesemeister responded quickly with a phone call and offered to send someone out the very next day at no charge, which I greatly appreciated.

    The next day, Mr. Antonio arrived and replaced the loose siding without any hassle.

    I haven't encountered anyone in today's business world who cares for their clients as much as Mr. Briesemeister does, and I feel it's important to share this recommendation with anyone searching for a roofing contractor.

    Ken and his team are fantastic. He replaced my roof 9 years ago. Today I found water leaking from ceiling. Called Ken and his man got here in 1.5 hour in Monday morning. It turned out to be cracks on the siding, which is not their responsibility, but Ken took it above and beyond. He caulked the cracks with no charge. This is just amazing. I would definitely recommend Ken to anyone and anytime.

    I was in need of a roofer to assess the problems with my roof. After reviewing many companies I settled on Roof.Net. The company had many 5 star reviews. Many more than any of the other companies. So on Monday morning I called Roof.net. Ken, the owner answered the phone. I explained my situation. Ken said he would come out at 9 on Tuesday, the next day. He came out, assessed the problem and said his forman would be out the next day to begin work. At 10 the following day two workers showed up (on time). Shortly after his men left for the day I got a call from Ken to find out how the work was going.
    The workers were courteous and efficient.
    Just outstanding service. Timely, thorough and follow-up by management was great.

    Ken and his team did a fantastic job installing our new roof. He originally provided us an estimate two years ago, but we didn’t go through with the project at that time. Ken made such an impression that this time he was my first, and only, call.

    Ken clearly explained the scope of the project and this was reflected in his estimate.
