I got an estimate last year. Sometime in February this year I asked if the proposal is still good. After a couple of emails exchange I received a revised one to sign but when I asked questions and some clarification, he (Ken?) never answered. He also did not show up for the first estimate appointment last year. The only reason I considered the proposal was for a little $ lower estimate than others. Seems to me that he is not a reliable roofer but I read all good reviews and I wonder why my experience is different.

Ken and his guys did an amazing job, communicated throughout the process, and was very thorough and efficient. Ken is very knowledgeable and was able to spot future problematic areas that our neighbors already had issues with. Not only is the pricing fair but the work is great and the whole experience was amazing. I was connected directly to the owner (Ken) when I initially requested a quote for replacing my roof. He came out that very day and walked me through the whole process, leaving his quote with me before he left in case I had questions. He was not pushy at all and I felt he was very genuine. I signed the contract the following day and his team was able to complete my project within the week following. They were prompt, professional and left my house looking like new. Called for an estimate, Ken got a satellite estimate in a short time that day, came by the next to look at the gutter that blew off. Had a new roof in less than 4 days and I am confident that it is well done with pictures from Ken of the progress and completion. My neighbor also had their roof done a few years ago by Ken and his good team. My other neighbor had a storm chasing company do theirs for their deductible of $1,000, then a year later had to have repairs -the cost of a new roof dealing with a leak from the roof in the bedroom. A few weeks after Roof.net replaced my roof, I wanted to reflect on my experience, especially given the recent strong windy weather we've had here in Northern Virginia. I noticed a siding panel had come loose from my house, right under the gable. I suspect that the vibrations from the gable exhaust fan over the past 20 years might have played a role in this issue. I reached out to Mr. Briesemeister, the owner of Roof.net, to ask if he could recommend a reliable handyman to fix the siding. He kindly requested some photos to get a clearer picture of the situation, which I promptly sent over. Mr. Briesemeister responded quickly with a phone call and offered to send someone out the very next day at no charge, which I greatly appreciated. The next day, Mr. Antonio arrived and replaced the loose siding without any hassle. I haven't encountered anyone in today's business world who cares for their clients as much as Mr. Briesemeister does, and I feel it's important to share this recommendation with anyone searching for a roofing contractor.

WOW!, I would give 10 stars if possible, What an amazing experience we had with Roof.net. Contacted Roof.net and the owner Ken himself answered the call and came over the same day to give me a quote in under 15 minutes , He patiently explained in minute detail every aspect of the roof replacement process and put it in writing(contract) , The quote was way more reasonable/lower based on my own research, Ken is the consummate professional, his 50+ years of experience/knowledge in the roofing Industry is encyclopedic. What was unique was Ken himself overseeing the Job and giving frequent video updates using a drone with running commentary(video uploaded), how cool is that 🙂 Job was finished by a very efficient/well trained and hard working professional crew on the scheduled day, arrived on time and finished the roof replacement the same day and a thorough cleanup thereafter, not even a tiny nail could be found in the yard.
