    Ken was great to work with. He was honest and friendly about everything from the beginning of the process til the end.     I got an estimate last year. Sometime in February this year I asked if the proposal is still good. After a couple of emails exchange I received a revised one to sign but when I asked questions and some clarification, he (Ken?) never answered. He also did not show up for the first estimate appointment last year. The only reason I considered the proposal was for a little $ lower estimate than others. Seems to me that he is not a reliable roofer but I read all good reviews and I wonder why my experience is different.

    Ken and his guys did an amazing job, communicated throughout the process, and was very thorough and efficient. Ken is very knowledgeable and was able to spot future problematic areas that our neighbors already had issues with. Not only is the pricing fair but the work is great and the whole experience was amazing. I was connected directly to the owner (Ken) when I initially requested a quote for replacing my roof. He came out that very day and walked me through the whole process, leaving his quote with me before he left in case I had questions. He was not pushy at all and I felt he was very genuine.     Called for an estimate, Ken got a satellite estimate in a short time that day, came by the next to look at the gutter that blew off. Had a new roof in less than 4 days and I am confident that it is well done with pictures from Ken of the progress and completion. My neighbor also had their roof done a few years ago by Ken and his good team. My other neighbor had a storm chasing company do theirs for their deductible of $1,000, then a year later had to have repairs -the cost of a new roof dealing with a leak from the roof in the bedroom.     A few weeks after Roof.net replaced my roof, I wanted to reflect on my experience, especially given the recent strong windy weather we've had here in Northern Virginia. I noticed a siding panel had come loose from my house, right under the gable. I suspect that the vibrations from the gable exhaust fan over the past 20 years might have played a role in this issue. I reached out to Mr. Briesemeister, the owner of Roof.net, to ask if he could recommend a reliable handyman to fix the siding. He kindly requested some photos to get a clearer picture of the situation, which I promptly sent over. Mr. Briesemeister responded quickly with a phone call and offered to send someone out the very next day at no charge, which I greatly appreciated. The next day, Mr. Antonio arrived and replaced the loose siding without any hassle. I haven't encountered anyone in today's business world who cares for their clients as much as Mr. Briesemeister does, and I feel it's important to share this recommendation with anyone searching for a roofing contractor.

    Worked with Ken and the Roof Net team today and I am beyond happy and satisfied with the service. I had no idea that the home I purchased had a roof warranty, however it was not transferred to me by the previous owner. This is unfortunate as I would have never known, but Roof Net does true honest business, they let me know that I had this option and transferred it to me with ease which I greatly appreciated, this shows genuine care and customer service.     I googled AI for the best roofer in the Alexandria Viginia area. AI did not disappoint. Owner Ken gave me the best price and the Best roof at nearly half the price of prior quotes. There was a bump or two along the way but Ken went above and beyond to make things right. That's the difference between a great company and all the rest.     Ken and his team recently completed a roof replacement for us and they did excellent work. Amongst 5 bidders they had the best and most comprehensive price. Excellent communication, completed the roof in one day. They do not do gutters but provided name of recommended gutter contractor and the communication between the two was excellent. Highly recommend.

    I don't know where to begin.Since there are so many outstanding attributes of this very fine roofing company. First I thought it was awesome that the owner actually took the time to meet with me and go over all the details of what he would do to replace my roof. Ken answered all my questions and showed me that he uses nothing but top quality equipment and supplies. He really knows what he's talking about. His crew showed up right on time and was extremely efficient and professional. Ken has the highest level of integrity. He tells you what the cost is up front.He didn't deviate from that at all..He also includes contingencies that may come up, so you're not given sticker shock. The price was extremely competitive. They were done in less than a day.The roof looks amazing and the cleanup was pristine. Absolutely, my strongest recommendation for him to be your roofer.
