    I got an estimate last year. Sometime in February this year I asked if the proposal is still good. After a couple of emails exchange I received a revised one to sign but when I asked questions and some clarification, he (Ken?) never answered. He also did not show up for the first estimate appointment last year. The only reason I considered the proposal was for a little $ lower estimate than others. Seems to me that he is not a reliable roofer but I read all good reviews and I wonder why my experience is different.

He and his team performed phenomenally when they replaced my roof on May 1. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional workmanship were truly second to none. What really stood out to me, was how organized and efficient the entire process was; from the removal of the old roof to the seamless installation of the new one. The crew worked diligently and left everything clean and in great shape afterwards.     Ken and his guys did an amazing job, communicated throughout the process, and was very thorough and efficient. Ken is very knowledgeable and was able to spot future problematic areas that our neighbors already had issues with. Not only is the pricing fair but the work is great and the whole experience was amazing. We really appreciate that Ken isn’t willing to take shortcuts, knew how to install the materials based on the manufacturer’s specifications, and took the time to answer all of our questions.

    Ken and his team were great! I researched highly rated companies and this one seemed to beat most, if not all. I soon discovered why. I was connected directly to the owner (Ken) when I initially requested a quote for replacing my roof. He came out that very day and walked me through the whole process, leaving his quote with me before he left in case I had questions. He was not pushy at all and I felt he was very genuine. I signed the contract the following day and his team was able to complete my project within the week following. They were prompt, professional and left my house looking like new. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for any and all roof work!!

    There are not enough good things to say. Think of a category; pricing, workmanship, quality, value, honesty, responsiveness, care, ALL 10 out of 10s!! You can shop around, but in my opinion, there is no need. Ken is your guy any day, everyday. We were the last people on our street to replace our roof, so over the years we've had dozens of knocks at our door. No one presented the kind of expertise and honesty that Ken did. His honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, and no pressure philosophy sealed the deal. Ken and his crew are outstanding! The roof looks amazing, the work was done in one day, and everything was cleaned and returned to it's original state as thought they had never been there. I have peace of mind knowing that the work was done right.

    We just had a new roof installed and we couldn't be happier. Ken Briesemeister, the owner of Roof.net, is salt of the earth. He gave us the fairest estimate and the work was top quality. He is extremely proud of his company, his workers, and his communication skills and with good reason - he explained in detail all the work required (not simply replacing shingles) and gave us an estimate which prepared us for a worst case scenario so we wouldn't have any surprises. We appreciated that and also were happy that the worst case wasn't our scenario. He even tossed in an extra - I don't know if he does that for all his clients but we appreciated that he did it for us. If you need a new roof, call Ken! We couldn't recommend him more highly. (And we love that he's a local businessman - not part of a national conglomerate!)

    Ken and the whole Roof.Net team were phenomenal! We were pleased with a very fair quote and the timeliness of our roof fix. We noticed bad shingles on a Thursday evening, Ken's team patched it Friday morning, and we have a brand new, beautiful roof by the following Tuesday. Ken is super communicative and comes to talk to you personally throughout the day. He also provides updates throughout the course of the work being done with is a great touch.
