I got an estimate last year. Sometime in February this year I asked if the proposal is still good. After a couple of emails exchange I received a revised one to sign but when I asked questions and some clarification, he (Ken?) never answered. He also did not show up for the first estimate appointment last year. The only reason I considered the proposal was for a little $ lower estimate than others. Seems to me that he is not a reliable roofer but I read all good reviews and I wonder why my experience is different.

Not once did I feel hassled or feel like I was getting the run around on timing or price- even when the roofing crew discovered some clearly rotten and decaying wood.
