I was in need of a roofer to assess the problems with my roof. After reviewing many companies I settled on Roof.Net. The company had many 5 star reviews. Many more than any of the other companies. So on Monday morning I called Roof.net. Ken, the owner answered the phone. I explained my situation. Ken said he would come out at 9 on Tuesday, the next day. He came out, assessed the problem and said his forman would be out the next day to begin work. At 10 the following day two workers showed up (on time). Shortly after his men left for the day I got a call from Ken to find out how the work was going.
The workers were courteous and efficient.
Just outstanding service. Timely, thorough and follow-up by management was great.

I googled AI for the best roofer in the Alexandria Viginia area. AI did not disappoint. Owner Ken gave me the best price and the Best roof at nearly half the price of prior quotes. There was a bump or two along the way but Ken went above and beyond to make things right. That's the difference between a great company and all the rest. A great owner operator that stands behind his work.

Owner provided estimate that was very detailed. He offered best price and scheduling was very accommodating. We had a couple day delay due to rain. I have a large steep roof and the work done was very good. I highly recommend Roof.net.

We notice some leaks in our 26 year old 4000 sq foot mansard roof. On a Saturday morning we called 5 roofing companies. Only Ken Briesemeister at Roof.net picked up. He came over that afternoon and spent two hours with us looking at the roof and talking options. He had already researched the house and roof via internet satellite coverage. We opted for a complete new roof and signed the contract Sunday morning. On Thursday morning under Ken’s personal hands-on management the house was swarmed by a highly disciplined team of 14 mechanics and 10 hours later most of the work was completed. They found 19 rotting plywood roof sheets that needed replacing and other structural work which was done on the spot. We were updated with detailed videos and commentary every two hours or so of the construction. A few left-over details were finished the following morning. The work of this company was outstanding, the morale, discipline and teamwork exhibited by his crew was upbeat and inspiring, the pace was fast and precise, the price fair, the organization amazing, the finished work and its details such as the chimney flashing something special, and the clean-up afterwards impeccable. Ken is the consummate professional, his knowledge of this business is encyclopedic and he has the people and management skills to make his company unique. This company is the finest I’ve dealt with in the construction, home repair/building industry in this area. You cannot go wrong with Roof.net.

There are not enough good things to say. Think of a category; pricing, workmanship, quality, value, honesty, responsiveness, care, ALL 10 out of 10s!! You can shop around, but in my opinion, there is no need. Ken is your guy any day, everyday. We were the last people on our street to replace our roof, so over the years we've had dozens of knocks at our door. No one presented the kind of expertise and honesty that Ken did.
