I got an estimate last year. Sometime in February this year I asked if the proposal is still good. After a couple of emails exchange I received a revised one to sign but when I asked questions and some clarification, he (Ken?) never answered. He also did not show up for the first estimate appointment last year. The only reason I considered the proposal was for a little $ lower estimate than others. Seems to me that he is not a reliable roofer but I read all good reviews and I wonder why my experience is different.

I selected them for my roof replacement and found them to be -- Very responsive -- Offering Competitive pricing -- Highly knowledgeable -- An A+ Installation team -- That keeps you informed A few months later, after all the winter snow/ice/wind, I texted Ken with a concern I had. He came out the same day to check on things, and put my mind at ease. (There was no problem ... but I realized I do need to get a new pair of eyeglasses 😉

From the very beginning of getting our roof replaced, the experience with Ken and the team at Roof.net was fantastic. They gave us a strong, thorough quote and, when we moved forward, were able to both schedule and complete replacing our roof quickly. Ken's communications couldn't be better - we got continuous video and image updates via text throughout the course of replacement. Ken also stands by his work and will take care of you as well - a couple months later we had a furnace vent cover fall off by coincidence and they replaced it for us immediately. Bottom line - if I had more roofs to replace, I'd call Ken and Roof.net every time. Thanks Ken!

A few weeks after Roof.net replaced my roof, I wanted to reflect on my experience, especially given the recent strong windy weather we've had here in Northern Virginia. I noticed a siding panel had come loose from my house, right under the gable. I suspect that the vibrations from the gable exhaust fan over the past 20 years might have played a role in this issue. I reached out to Mr. Briesemeister, the owner of Roof.net, to ask if he could recommend a reliable handyman to fix the siding. He kindly requested some photos to get a clearer picture of the situation, which I promptly sent over. Mr. Briesemeister responded quickly with a phone call and offered to send someone out the very next day at no charge, which I greatly appreciated. The next day, Mr. Antonio arrived and replaced the loose siding without any hassle. I haven't encountered anyone in today's business world who cares for their clients as much as Mr. Briesemeister does, and I feel it's important to share this recommendation with anyone searching for a roofing contractor.

There are not enough good things to say. Think of a category; pricing, workmanship, quality, value, honesty, responsiveness, care, ALL 10 out of 10s!! You can shop around, but in my opinion, there is no need. Ken is your guy any day, everyday. We were the last people on our street to replace our roof, so over the years we've had dozens of knocks at our door. No one presented the kind of expertise and honesty that Ken did. His honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, and no pressure philosophy sealed the deal. Ken and his crew are outstanding! The roof looks amazing, the work was done in one day, and everything was cleaned and returned to it's original state as thought they had never been there. I have peace of mind knowing that the work was done right.
