    Called for an estimate, Ken got a satellite estimate in a short time that day, came by the next to look at the gutter that blew off. Had a new roof in less than 4 days and I am confident that it is well done with pictures from Ken of the progress and completion. My neighbor also had their roof done a few years ago by Ken and his good team. My other neighbor had a storm chasing company do theirs for their deductible of $1,000, then a year later had to have repairs -the cost of a new roof dealing with a leak from the roof in the bedroom.     From the very beginning of getting our roof replaced, the experience with Ken and the team at Roof.net was fantastic. They gave us a strong, thorough quote and, when we moved forward, were able to both schedule and complete replacing our roof quickly. Ken's communications couldn't be better - we got continuous video and image updates via text throughout the course of replacement. Ken also stands by his work and will take care of you as well - a couple months later we had a furnace vent cover fall off by coincidence and they replaced it for us immediately.     I can’t tell you how satisfied I am with my new roof. As a long time homeowner I know that you need to have a few quotes for work done on your house. Roof.net were the best people to deal with. No long presentation Of sales people telling you how great the company is and how many offices they have it was just so easy dealing with Ken.
    Any sales person that tells you that your significant other needs to be Home for the estimate, presentation isn’t worth dealing with. Any company with large amounts of offices have high overhead and their price is going to reflect it. roof.net came in with the best price and explain exactly what they were gonna do for that price. I did not need to negotiate the price at all.
    The crew showed up on time and things work like clockwork. The old roof was removed. The debris was loaded on the truck and a delivery of the materials were right on time. Within a few hours, we had a new roof installed. The crew did a fantastic job cleaning up behind them. All I can say I could recommend roof.net to anybody I know that needs a roof.

Excellent communication, completed the roof in one day. They do not do gutters but provided name of recommended gutter contractor and the communication between the two was excellent.     There are not enough good things to say. Think of a category; pricing, workmanship, quality, value, honesty, responsiveness, care, ALL 10 out of 10s!! You can shop around, but in my opinion, there is no need. Ken is your guy any day, everyday. We were the last people on our street to replace our roof, so over the years we've had dozens of knocks at our door. No one presented the kind of expertise and honesty that Ken did. His honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, and no pressure philosophy sealed the deal. Ken and his crew are outstanding! The roof looks amazing, the work was done in one day, and everything was cleaned and returned to it's original state as thought they had never been there. I have peace of mind knowing that the work was done right.

    A few weeks after Roof.net replaced my roof, I wanted to reflect on my experience, especially given the recent strong windy weather we've had here in Northern Virginia. I noticed a siding panel had come loose from my house, right under the gable. I suspect that the vibrations from the gable exhaust fan over the past 20 years might have played a role in this issue.

    I reached out to Mr. Briesemeister, the owner of Roof.net, to ask if he could recommend a reliable handyman to fix the siding. He kindly requested some photos to get a clearer picture of the situation, which I promptly sent over.

    Mr. Briesemeister responded quickly with a phone call and offered to send someone out the very next day at no charge, which I greatly appreciated.

    The next day, Mr. Antonio arrived and replaced the loose siding without any hassle.

    I haven't encountered anyone in today's business world who cares for their clients as much as Mr. Briesemeister does, and I feel it's important to share this recommendation with anyone searching for a roofing contractor.

    We were unable to have Roof.net work on our project, but not because he couldn't but because our project required siding and repair of extensive damage to windows etc. Roof.net wanted to save us from having 50 different contractors at our project and decided to find a contractor that can do it all with our type of damage, saving us money by bundling all problems. Ken went above and beyond to find the right person for the job. He immediately contacted help for us right there and then. There was zero waiting and 100% attentiveness even though we didn't end up being his client! Ken is totally about caring for people. Ken took time out of his busy day and answered our many questions and gave detailed explanations so that we could understand clearly about roofing issues and beyond.     I googled AI for the best roofer in the Alexandria Viginia area. AI did not disappoint. Owner Ken gave me the best price and the Best roof at nearly half the price of prior quotes.     Roof.net did an incredible job on my roof. The team led by Romeo was exceptional: fast, efficient, with the utmost quality. The owner Ken was outstanding from beginning the job with an estimate in less than 30 minutes (which was the lowest estimate compared to other roofers), throughout the project, and to the end.
