It has been a year since the ROOF.NET replaced the roof of my house. So far, so good! No problem! Ken came out to assess our roof and was able to provide us with photos, options, and his recommendations. He was responsive, able to turn things around quickly, and the team was fantastic. We were unable to have Roof.net work on our project, but not because he couldn't but because our project required siding and repair of extensive damage to windows etc. Roof.net wanted to save us from having 50 different contractors at our project and decided to find a contractor that can do it all with our type of damage, saving us money by bundling all problems. Called for an estimate, Ken got a satellite estimate in a short time that day, came by the next to look at the gutter that blew off. Had a new roof in less than 4 days and I am confident that it is well done with pictures from Ken of the progress and completion. My neighbor also had their roof done a few years ago by Ken and his good team. We notice some leaks in our 26 year old 4000 sq foot mansard roof. On a Saturday morning we called 5 roofing companies. Only Ken Briesemeister at Roof.net picked up. He came over that afternoon and spent two hours with us looking at the roof and talking options. He had already researched the house and roof via internet satellite coverage. We opted for a complete new roof and signed the contract Sunday morning. On Thursday morning under Ken’s personal hands-on management the house was swarmed by a highly disciplined team of 14 mechanics and 10 hours later most of the work was completed. They found 19 rotting plywood roof sheets that needed replacing and other structural work which was done on the spot. We were updated with detailed videos and commentary every two hours or so of the construction. A few left-over details were finished the following morning. The work of this company was outstanding, the morale, discipline and teamwork exhibited by his crew was upbeat and inspiring, the pace was fast and precise, the price fair, the organization amazing, the finished work and its details such as the chimney flashing something special, and the clean-up afterwards impeccable.
