    Ken was great to work with. He was honest and friendly about everything from the beginning of the process til the end. His communication all along the way was very comforting as we knew what was going to happen. Ken took pics and videos before and during the job and explained everything that was happening.     I got an estimate last year. Sometime in February this year I asked if the proposal is still good. After a couple of emails exchange I received a revised one to sign but when I asked questions and some clarification, he (Ken?) never answered. He also did not show up for the first estimate appointment last year. The only reason I considered the proposal was for a little $ lower estimate than others. Seems to me that he is not a reliable roofer but I read all good reviews and I wonder why my experience is different.

He and his team performed phenomenally when they replaced my roof on May 1. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional workmanship were truly second to none. What really stood out to me, was how organized and efficient the entire process was; from the removal of the old roof to the seamless installation of the new one. The crew worked diligently and left everything clean and in great shape afterwards.     From the very beginning of getting our roof replaced, the experience with Ken and the team at Roof.net was fantastic. They gave us a strong, thorough quote and, when we moved forward, were able to both schedule and complete replacing our roof quickly. Ken's communications couldn't be better - we got continuous video and image updates via text throughout the course of replacement. Ken also stands by his work and will take care of you as well - a couple months later we had a furnace vent cover fall off by coincidence and they replaced it for us immediately. Bottom line - if I had more roofs to replace, I'd call Ken and Roof.net every time. Thanks Ken!

    WOW!, I would give 10 stars if possible, What an amazing experience we had with Roof.net. Contacted Roof.net and the owner Ken himself answered the call and came over the same day to give me a quote in under 15 minutes , He patiently explained in minute detail every aspect of the roof replacement process and put it in writing(contract) , The quote was way more reasonable/lower based on my own research, Ken is the consummate professional, his 50+ years of experience/knowledge in the roofing Industry is encyclopedic. What was unique was Ken himself overseeing the Job and giving frequent video updates using a drone with running commentary(video uploaded), how cool is that 🙂 Job was finished by a very efficient/well trained and hard working professional crew on the scheduled day, arrived on time and finished the roof replacement the same day and a thorough cleanup thereafter, not even a tiny nail could be found in the yard.     I googled AI for the best roofer in the Alexandria Viginia area. AI did not disappoint. Owner Ken gave me the best price and the Best roof at nearly half the price of prior quotes. There was a bump or two along the way but Ken went above and beyond to make things right. That's the difference between a great company and all the rest.     Called for an estimate, Ken got a satellite estimate in a short time that day, came by the next to look at the gutter that blew off. Had a new roof in less than 4 days and I am confident that it is well done with pictures from Ken of the progress and completion. My neighbor also had their roof done a few years ago by Ken and his good team. My other neighbor had a storm chasing company do theirs for their deductible of $1,000, then a year later had to have repairs -the cost of a new roof dealing with a leak from the roof in the bedroom.
